I HAD FIVE MEALS A DAY THIS KEEPS YOUR METABOLISM GOING ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY
BREAKFAST, SNACK, LUNCH, SNACK AND SUPPER. ( Some people eat another snack after supper.
Only on days that I felt extremely hungry I would eat something like a handful of nuts or peanut butter!..
Truvia or Splenda is a artificial sweetener, I use this in place of Sugar! And instead of Butter I use Olive Oil.
Breakfast:
Whole Grain Egos
Egg Omelet or Scrambled Eggs (2-3 Eggs)
Protein Shake (Muscle Milk: Chocolate, Cookies 'n' Cream, and Vanilla)
Adkins Protein Bars ( Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Granola Chocolate Chip
Rice Cakes (With 1tbps Peanut Butter)
Shakeology
Snacks:
Adkins Protein Bars ( Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Granola Chocolate Chip
Sweet Potato's (I would add cinnamon and Truvia)
Fruit (Strawberries, Blueberries, Cherries, Pineapple, and Watermelon)
Almonds (I like the natural almonds I don’t care for the dry roasted)
Peanuts ( Dry Roasted No Salt)
Fat Free String Cheese (mozzarella)
Lunch:
Baked Chicken Breast
Rotisserie Chicken
Grilled Chicken
Turkey Burgers (Without Bun)
Chicken Burgers (Without Bun)
Pork Chops
Ham or Turkey Sandwiches (Whole Wheat Thin Rounds, Fat Free Cheese, Mustard. (No MAYO)
Steamed Broccoli and Veggies
Dinner:
Baked Chicken Breast
Rotisserie Chicken
Grilled Chicken
Turkey Burgers (Without Bun)
Chicken Burgers (Without Bun)
Pork Chops
