*80% Diet and 20% Working out*
People have always told me that 80% of what you do as far as a workout is how use lose weight and get in shape etc.. BUT it is the complete opposite. If you want to get in SHAPE and/or LOSE WEIGHT its all about what you eat.
Remember when your doing any type of workout program its *80% Food and 20% Workout*
What I posted below is a great tool that John Mark (my husband ) & I used during the whole program!
We pretty much ate within the first and second tier.
This just helped us to give us ideas on what to eat and what we could eat within our diet.
